Nao(しゃちょ〜)

次期RoboCup 4-leg league(多分名称が変わると思いますが)のプラットフォームに選ばれた、フランスAldebaran Robotics社のNaoですが、あるRoboCupチームの先生からのご依頼で購入希望を出したら、下記の返事が来ました。

Thanks for your interest for our robots.
Unfortunately we cannot accept your order as for now.
The robocup package absolutely limited to the teams selected by the robocup federation.
We have our standard lab release that will be available from this summer.
We will be very pleased to accept orders from january.
The standard price is 10 000 Euros, we have academics discount for orders over 5 robots.

本当に来年のRoboCupに間に合うのでしょうか？
ちなみに、Naoのスペックは、こちらに置きました。マクソンのRE-max24、RE-max17を使ってるんですね。CPUは、AMD Geode 500MHzだそうです。無理にx86系にしなくても、もっと低消費電力のCPUを使えば良いのに。
バッテリは、24VのLi-ionですかね。55Whということは、2.3Ah。Li-ionだと3C〜5C放電ぐらいが限界だと思うので、モータの起動電流が取り出せるかどうかが不安です。
